At ridemoda, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction, offering a 30-day return policy on all unused sports gear and apparel. If your equipment isn't the perfect fit for your game, we'll help you find the right replacement or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ridemoda account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring that sports equipment is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
